ResellerForge

About ResellerForge

Independent research on reseller and white-label hosting, written in margins and mechanics rather than marketing.

ResellerForge exists to help freelancers, agencies and aspiring hosts decide whether — and how — to resell hosting under their own brand. Reseller hosting is one of the few genuinely recurring, genuinely attainable web businesses, and it is also one of the most over-promised. We try to sit in the honest middle: reselling can pay well, but it is a support business, not passive income, and we say so on every page.

How we research

We compare reseller plans on the factors that decide profit: true white-label support, WHM/cPanel account capacity, whether a WHMCS licence is bundled, storage type, overselling and resource policy, and the gap between the intro price and the renewal. Prices are read on a stated date, shown as intro-to-renewal bands, and labelled "verify current pricing" — hosting pricing changes constantly and is term- and region-specific.

What we will not do

We do not publish fabricated uptime or speed benchmarks — we cite providers' own advertised figures and dated third-party sources, or we say a number is unverified. We do not let commissions move a ranking, and we recommend genuinely good options that pay us nothing, such as a self-managed Hetzner box for resellers who have outgrown shared plans. Some links are affiliate links; how that works is set out in our affiliate disclosure.

Spotted a price that has changed or a policy we have wrong? Tell us and we will re-check and date the correction.
